  • Potato - 200 gm
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Salt - a little
  • Green hot chilli - 7
  • Cumin Seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil

How to Make Spicy Dhania Aloo

  • Cut potatoes in cubes, grind coriander leaves with 5 green chillies and salt to a paste adding very little water.
  • Heat the oil, add cumin seeds and 2 whole green chillies and then add potato fry it until it is light brown and then add coriander paste.
  • Cook it for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
