Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (half boiled, shelled and poked all over with a fork)
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • sufficient oil to shallow fry
  • To be Ground to a Fine Paste:
  • 1 Ginger
  • 8 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 to 3 Green chillies (chopped)
  • handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • How to Make Spicy Egg Dollops:

    1. Evenly coat the eggs with the ground masala paste, rub well with your hands. Keep aside for 30 mins.
    2. Roll the eggs in bread crumbs and deep fry on a low flame till golden in colour.
    3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
