Ingredients

  • Fish (salmon/halibut) - 1 lb
  • Chilli powder - 2 heaped tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 heaped tbsp
  • pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Garlic - 4-5 pieces
  • Curry leaves - 1 stem
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 cup

How to Make Spicy Fish Fry

  • Cut the fish into cubes.
  • Make a paste of garlic and curry leaves.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, the above paste and a spoon of olive oil to the fish.
  • Mix well so that the masala evenly spreads over the fish.
  • Marinate for an hour. You can keep the marinated fish in the freezer for later use too.
  • Deep fry.
  • Serve with rice and curry.
