How to Make Spicy Lady's Finger

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard and fenugreek seeds. Allow them to splutter. Then add 15 curry leaves.
  • Take out, put it in the mixie along with a small piece of coconut and 5 red chillies and grind it to a paste.
  • Mix turmeric and salt to the cut lady's fingers and mix well.
  • Take lukewarm water, add the tamarind in it and extract the juice.
  • In a pan, fry the lady's fingers till nice and brown.
  • When the lady's fingers are properly fried, add the masala and mix it well.
  • Add the tamarind juice to it and salt as required.
  • Let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Take another pan, add a tsp of oil and mustard seeds to it and allow to splutter. Then add curry leaves.
  • Pour it over the lady's fingers.
