How to Make Spicy liver masala

  • Marinate liver with 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt, for 30 mins.
  • Grind all dry spices to a fine paste with the red chilli.
  • Heat oil and fry chopped onion till soft.
  • Add marinated liver and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the ground masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins more.
  • Add the beaten curd, add salt to taste and cook for 2 mins.
  • Add water and cook covered, till gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with boiled rice or parathas.
