Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef or mutton cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Bengal gram or channa dhal
  • A few mint leaves or 1/2 tsp mint powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Meat Patties

  • Cook the mince with all the above ingredients and a little water till the meat is tender and the water dries up completely.
  • Keep aside to cool for some time.
  • Grind roughly in blender.
  • Form into small round cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow-fry the cutlets till brown on both sides.
  • Serve with bread or rice and pepper water.
