Ingredients

  • 1 cup - moong dal
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad Dal
  • juice of 1 Lime
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Moong Dal Chutney:

    1. Soak moong dal in water for 10 mins.
    2. Strain and grind with chillies and salt.
    3. Add lime juice to the paste.
    4. Heat the oil, saute the mustard seeds and urad dal.
    5. Add the moong dal paste to it and mix well.
