  • 1- Mozzarella cheese
  • 2- Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp- Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 6- Bread slices
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Spicy Mozzarella Sandwich

  • Cut the cheese and tomatoes in circular shapes and add the red chilli powder, pepper powder, olive oil and salt to it.
  • Marinate for half an hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 350F.
  • Now add the marinated cheese pieces on a bread slice, followed by tomato pieces and by another bread slice.
  • Make three sandwiches like this.
  • Grill for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with salad.
