  • 1 big Onion (medium length, chopped)
  • All-purpose flour (maida) - 1/2 cup
  • Ajwain - a pinch
  • Salt as per requirement
  • Green chilli - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste - 2 pinches
  • Jeera powder - 1 tbsp
  • Water to mix
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Spicy Onion Pakoras:

    1. Mix all the ingredients to make a batter of slightly-liquid consistency. Wait for 2-3 mins.
    2. Now, add the chopped onion to.
    3. Drop spoonful into hot oil and fry till brown.
    4. Shift them from the pan to paper towels so that the oil is absorbed.
    5. Serve hot with ketchup.
