Ingredients

  • 200 gms - Yoghurt
  • 100 gms - Palak bhaji (spinach)
  • 10 - Green chillies
  • 3 tbsp - fresh Coconut
  • 1 piece - Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Palak Raita:

    1. Wash palak bhaji, make pieces and boil for 15 mins. Take it off the heat. Add yogurt tp boiled palak bhaji.
    2. Add salt, green chillies, ginger as per required taste and stir it.
    3. Then take oil, jeera, mustard and mix all together.
    4. Keep it on the heat for two minutes.
    5. Mix these with palak and yogurt.
