Ingredients

  • 200 gms - yoghurt
  • 100 gms - palak bhaji (spinach)
  • 10 - green chillies
  • 3 tbsp - fresh coconut
  • 1 piece - ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Spicy Palak Raita

  • Wash palak bhaji, make pieces and boil for 15 mins. Take it off the heat. Add yogurt tp boiled palak bhaji.
  • Add salt, green chillies, ginger as per required taste and stir it.
  • Then take oil, jeera, mustard and mix all together.
  • Keep it on the heat for two minutes.
  • Mix these with palak and yogurt.
