Ingredients

  • 100 g-peanuts dry
  • 4 - dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp-oil
  • 1 small marble size- tamarind
  • salt
  • A few sprigs - fresh coriander

How to Make Spicy Peanut Chutney

  • Dry roast the peanuts in a kadai until peanuts are crisp.
  • Remove peanuts, add oil and roast chillies till crisp.
  • Let it cool down then grind together peanuts, chillies, tamarind and salt.
  • Once it's coarse, add water and grind it to a smooth consistency.
  • Add fresh chopped coriander and grind for a few seconds.
