  • 2 cups - Shelled Peanuts with skin
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • Few drops - Lemon Juice

How to Make Spicy Peanuts

  • On a flat metal tray spread peanuts and roast them in an oven at 350 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix all the spices and make a thick paste with the lemon juice.
  • Cool the peanuts and smear them evenly with the spicy paste.
  • Dry the spiced peanuts in the oven. Can be stored in an airtight container for future use.
