  • 2 cups - Shelled Peanuts with skin
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • Few drops - Lemon Juice
  • How to Make Spicy Peanuts:

    1. On a flat metal tray spread peanuts and roast them in an oven at 350 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, mix all the spices and make a thick paste with the lemon juice.
    3. Cool the peanuts and smear them evenly with the spicy paste.
    4. Dry the spiced peanuts in the oven. Can be stored in an airtight container for future use.
