Ingredients

  • 1 kg - tender pork, cut into cubes
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 8 or 9 - curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 2 - cloves
  • 2 small pieces - cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • salt

How to Make Spicy pork fry

  • Boil the pork with a little salt and pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till it is tender.
  • Strain the soup and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the onions, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves till they are slightly brown in colour.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and vinegar and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the cooked pork and mix it well.
  • Add the remaining soup and simmer till it is almost dry.
