  • 1 kg - tender pork, cut into cubes
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 8 or 9 - Curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 2 small pieces - Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • salt
  • How to Make Spicy pork fry:

    1. Boil the pork with a little salt and pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till it is tender.
    2. Strain the soup and keep it aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, saute the onions, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves till they are slightly brown in colour.
    4. Add the ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and vinegar and fry for a few minutes.
    5. Add the cooked pork and mix it well.
    6. Add the remaining soup and simmer till it is almost dry.
