  • 2 cups - all - purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Potato flakes or cooked and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - Sesame seeds
  • 2- Garlic pods (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Olive oil.

How to Make Spicy Potato Crackers

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth and stiff dough.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Now preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Roll the dough into a large circle and with a cookie cutter, cut the dough into a shape of one's choice.
  • Then arrange these over a baking sheet lined over a baking tray.
  • Bake the crackers for 12-15 mins until the crust turns golden brown.
  • Serve with cream cheese.
