  • 4 - golden potatoes, cut into small chunks
  • 8 to 10 - green chillies, split
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch of ginger and 6-8 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 2.5 oz - soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of tasting salt
  • 8 tbsp - oil

How to Make Spicy Potato Fry

  • Fry potato chunks with 4 tbsps oil in low flame until it is cooked and keep it aside.
  • In the same frying pan, put another 4 tbsp oil, add onion and fry until it becomes a little brown in colour.
  • Put ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry until it becomes a little dark
  • Add soy sauce, tasting salt, pepper powder and garam masala.
  • Fry a little, put potatoes on it and fry until potatoes become dark brown.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
