Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1/2 cup - onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - coriander
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped
  • Salt.

How to Make Spicy Rava Dosa

  • Mix rava in 2 cups of water.
  • Add salt, onions, coriander, cumin seeds and green chilli. Keep this aside for an hour and a half.
  • Make sure the batter is of pouring consistency.
  • Heat the girdle and pour 1 ladleful of batter, spread this evenly on the girdle and let it cook.
  • Now peel the dosa off the girdle but do not overturn it. Serve.
