Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Cuminutes powder
  • 1 tsp - fennel powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Roast Potato:

    1. Cook potatoes as explained in microwave potatoes. Peel and cut into 3 cm cubes.
    2. Combine all the powders with salt and tomato puree.
    3. Mix potatoes with the masala mixture. Place in a wide microwave safe dish in a single layer.
    4. Pour oil all over, cook on full power for 8-10 minutes, stirring once every 2 minutes.
    5. Serve with puri or chapatti.
