How to Make Spicy Sago Vada

  • Wash and soak urad dal for 2 hours, and the sago for an hour.
  • Grind urad dal with salt to a thick batter.
  • To the urad dal batter, add chopped chillies, ginger, curry leaves.
  • Squeeze out the water from sago and mix it with the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan, make small balls of the thick batter and flatten it, make a hole in the middle and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot with any spicy chutney or ketchup.
