  • 3 - Medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1 cup - Chopped Spinach
  • 2 - Green chillies chopped finely
  • 6-8 - Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • How to Make Spinach And Potato Stir-Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves for 1 minute.
    2. Add the potatoes, spinach, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
    3. Then add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
    4. Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are cooked and the water dries up.
    5. Serve as a side dish.
