How to Make Spinach And Potato Stir-Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves for 1 minute.
  • Add the potatoes, spinach, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are cooked and the water dries up.
  • Serve as a side dish.
