  • 2 Cups - Chopped spinach
  • 1 cup - Crumbled cottage cheese/paneer
  • 3 tbsp - Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 cup - Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp - Ground black pepper/pepper powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spinach Cottage Cheese Casserole

  • Grease a casserole/baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese (paneer), pepper, salt and butter.
  • Spoon this mixture into the baking/casserole dish.
  • Spread the breadcrumbs and grated cheese over the top.
  • Bake at 350F degrees for 25 mins.
