Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup - Crumbled cottage cheese/paneer
  • 3 tbsp - Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 cup - Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp - Ground black pepper/pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spinach Cottage Cheese Casserole:

    1. Grease a casserole/baking dish and set aside.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese (paneer), pepper, salt and butter.
    3. Spoon this mixture into the baking/casserole dish.
    4. Spread the breadcrumbs and grated cheese over the top.
    5. Bake at 350F degrees for 25 mins.
