Ingredients

  • 4 cup - spinach, finely chopped
  • 3 cup - water or vegetable stock
  • 100 g - button mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - cooked sweet Corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tsp - garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp - ginger, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cream to garnish
  • How to Make Spinach Mushroom and Corn Soup:

    1. Heat the butter and fry garlic and ginger till fragrant.
    2. Add spinach and mushroom.
    3. Stir well and add water or stock.
    4. Simmer till the vegetables are cooked.
    5. Cool and blend till smooth.
    6. Add salt, pepper, milk and corn kernels. Heat thoroughly.
    7. Swirl some cream on top and serve hot.
