Ingredients

  • Paratas - as required
  • 1/2 bunch - Boiled Spinach with water drained from it
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - Cumin
  • 1 pinch rai(mustard)
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp - Chopped Green chilli
  • 1 pinch - Haldi powder
  • 1 pinch - Dhaniya/coriander powder
  • 1 pinch - Salt for taste
  • 1 pinch - Chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - Oil

How to Make Spinach Roll

  • Heat pan. Add oil. Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
  • Add chopped onion and saute it till it becomes brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato.
  • Stir fry for 2 min.
  • Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  • Add the Spinach and mix well.
  • Cook for 2- 3 min more.
  • Add coriander to garnish.
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
  • Your yummy Spinach Roll is ready.
