  • Maida 1.5cup
  • Egg 4
  • Oil (any Corn oil or sunflower oil) 2 cup
  • Sugar 2cup
  • Yoghurt 1cup
  • Essence(any) 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 4tsp
  • How to Make Sponge Cake:

    1. Take a bowl; beat the eggs with a beater. Beat it till it become double the quantity.
    2. Add sugar, yoghurt, oil & beat it again. Till it mix well. A
    3. Add essence, baking powder & maida & mix it well till all the mixture turns to be thick without any lumps in between.
    4. Preheat the Gas oven for 15minutes at 190 degree Celsius.
    5. Take cake pan spread ghee all over the pan evenly & put some maida powder on it & try to spread it evenly all over the pan & throw the extra maida powder.
    6. Now pour the cake mixture on the pan & keep it in the gas oven for 40minutes.
    7. Turn off the gas after 40minutes & let it be inside the oven more 10minutes & cool.
    8. Then take it out; decorate as per your wish and serve it to your friends and family.
