  • 1 cup - Sprouted lentils
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 1 - Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • 5 - Curry leaves
  • 2 - Bay Leaves
  • Salt
  • How to Make Sprouted Lentils Egg Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and fry until they turn brown.
    2. Now, add the chopped onion, chopped tomato pieces, curry leaves with ginger garlic paste and fennel seed powder.
    3. Stir them continuously until they get well cooked.
    4. Add the sprouted lentils with garam masala powder and red chilli powder with enough salt.
    5. Cook everything well with enough water. Close the pan with the lid.
    6. Once the water gets evaporated add the egg. Don't disturb the egg for few seconds. Close the pan with the lid. Scramble the cooked egg and mix everything well.
    7. Serve them hot as side for any rice dish.
