  • 1.5 cup - mixture of dals(green moong dal, white channa, rajma, green peas, white peas)
  • 3/4 cup - Rice flour
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 1 inch- Ginger
  • 1 clove- Garlic (optional)
  • salt as required
  • oil as needed

How to Make Sprouts Dosa

  • Soak the dals in water for minimum of 8 hours. Then grind in the mixie nicely by adding salt, red chillies, garlic and ginger.
  • Add the rice flour and grind further.
  • The batter is ready.
  • Keep the dosa tawa on stove and keep it on high flame.
  • Pour the batter and make it flat as dosa.
  • Reduce the flame and allow it to get done.
  • Serve hot with sambhar or onion chutney.
