  • 1.5 cup - mixture of dals(green moong dal, white channa, rajma, green peas, white peas)
  • 3/4 cup - Rice flour
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 1 inch- Ginger
  • 1 clove- Garlic (optional)
  • salt as required
  • oil as needed
  • How to Make Sprouts Dosa:

    1. Soak the dals in water for minimum of 8 hours. Then grind in the mixie nicely by adding salt, red chillies, garlic and ginger.
    2. Add the rice flour and grind further.
    3. The batter is ready.
    4. Keep the dosa tawa on stove and keep it on high flame.
    5. Pour the batter and make it flat as dosa.
    6. Reduce the flame and allow it to get done.
    7. Serve hot with sambhar or onion chutney.
