Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sprouts (moong, rongi, Channa mix)
  • 1 cup - palak, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Dalia (broken wheat)
  • 1 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • oil for shallow frying
  • How to Make Sprouts Pancake:

    1. Grind sprouts and palak with a little water.
    2. Take out in a bowl and mix the other ingredients without oil.
    3. Heat a heavy griddle or non-stick pan.
    4. Spread a little oil.
    5. Pour 2 tbsp and spread like a pancake.
    6. Cook on both sides and serve with chutney or a pickle of your choice.
