Ingredients

  • 4 cups - mung sprouts
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-green chillies paste
  • 1 tsp - Chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp - grated Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Sprouts Tikki:

    1. Grind mung sprouts, preferably without water and keep it in a bowl.
    2. To this add grated onion, chickpea and rest of all ingredients and mix well.
    3. Heat oil in a flat pan and Shallow Fried tikkis.
    4. Serve hot.
