How to Make Srilankan Dish

  • Wash and de-vein the prawns well. Slice onions evenly, chop garlic fine, cut bay leaves into pieces. Heat the oil and when very hot add curry leaves and bay leaves.
  • Add the onions. Toss till onions turn light brown.
  • Add rest of the ingredients till prawns are well cooked and hard.
  • Serve hot. This can be kept for a few days too, but warm before serving to enjoy its spicy flavour.
