Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 1 cup - whole-wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup - Wheat germ, toasted lightly
  • 1/4 cup - flax meal
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • In another bowl, mix together:
  • 1 cup - silken tofu, beaten
  • 2-4 tbsp - Canola Oil
  • 1 cup - soy Milk
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract (optional)
