Ingredients

  • 1 can - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 can - sour Cream
  • Elaichi - As per need
  • Nutmeg powder - As per need
  • How to Make Steam Fudge:

    1. Blend the ingredients together with a mixer in a flat-bottomed stainless steel utensil and cover with wax paper and tie it.
    2. Keep it in the pressure cooker and steam till you hear 2 to 3 whistles or for 10 minutes.
    3. Remove and keep in the fridge.
    4. When nice and cold, cut and serve.
