Ingredients

4 - eggs, separated

2 tbsps - cooked and minced Chicken Meat

1 tbsp - cooked and minced Water Chestnuts

2 tbsps - minced Onions

1/4 tsp - minced Ginger

pinch of ajinomotto

salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Beat yolks till light. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the whites.
  2. Beat the whites to a stiff froth and fold on.
  3. Put the mixture in a well-greased pan and steam till the omelette turns firm.
  4. Put little chilli sauce blended with tomato ketchup over the omelette and serve surrounded by fried bread squares.
