Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs, separated
  • 2 tbsps - cooked and minced Chicken Meat
  • 1 tbsp - cooked and minced Water Chestnuts
  • 2 tbsps - minced Onions
  • 1/4 tsp - minced Ginger
  • pinch of ajinomotto
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Steamed Omelette

  • Beat yolks till light. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the whites.
  • Beat the whites to a stiff froth and fold on.
  • Put the mixture in a well-greased pan and steam till the omelette turns firm.
  • Put little chilli sauce blended with tomato ketchup over the omelette and serve surrounded by fried bread squares.
