Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1/2 flower broken into 1 inch pieces
  • Carrots - cut into 2 inch by 1/2 inch pieces
  • Peas - 100 g
  • String beans - 100 g
  • Brussels sprouts - 100 g
  • 1 - Lemon
  • How to Make Steamed Vegetables:

    1. Sprinkle salt, black pepper to taste on the vegetables and shake them well such that they are mixed well.
    2. Put 1.5 inches of water in a pressure cooker and place all the vegetables in a steamer. Cook until one whistle.
    3. Remove the vegetables from the cooker and place them in a serving tray.
    4. Squeeze lemon on top to taste.
    5. Serve with rotis.
