Ingredients

  • 200 g - strawberries
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp - Lemon rind, finely grated
  • 1.5 tbsp - icing Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - chopped walnuts, coarsely ground

How to Make Strawberry & Walnut Topping

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Cook on high for 1 minute and stir.
  • Microwave for 1 minute more.
  • Use this to top icecream or waffles.
