How to Make Strawberry Kheer

  • Mix the milk with sweetened condensed milk and crushed cardamom pods in a large microwave bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes (stir in between).
  • Add saffron strands to the milk mixture and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take the bowl out and let it cool.
  • Add chopped strawberry chunks and refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.
