How to Make Strawberry Shrikhand

  • Pour the yogurt in a strainer and put it in the fridge.
  • After 4 hours this will turn into thick and creamy.
  • Chop the strawberries into chunks (keep some aside for garnishing).
  • Mix the creamy yogurt, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped strawberry chunks, give it a gentle stir.
  • Serve the strawberry shrikhand, garnish with some strawberry chunks.
