  • 1/2 kg - fresh strawberries
  • 50 to 100 g - granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup - plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 120 to 180 ml - milk or cream
  • whipped cream for garnish

How to Make Strawberry Sweet Soup

  • Wash and cut the strawberries and place in your food processor.
  • Process until the strawberries are pureed.
  • Add the sugar, yogurt and milk and process until combined.
  • Adjust the sugar, yogurt, and milk as necessary.
  • Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
  • Can be refrigerated for a few hours.
  • If refrigerating, do not garnish with whipped cream until just before serving.
