Ingredients

  • 3- Bangda fish
  • 3 -green chillies
  • 1/2 pod - Coriander leaves
  • small piece - Ginger
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • Vinegar
  • salt
  • How to Make Stuffed Bangda:

    1. Grind all ingredients to a fine paste with vinegar. Do not add water.
    2. Clean mackerel, apply salt on both sides. Stuff the ground spices and keep aside for 10 mins.
    3. Add oil to a frying pan and add the stuffed mackerel (bangda). Fry well.
