  • 250 g - long green chilli peppers
  • 2 tbsp - roasted peanut powder
  • 2 tbsp - grated fresh coconut
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - chaat masala
  • Oil for cooking
  • 100 g - curd

How to Make Stuffed mirchi

  • Slit the chilli peppers from the sides and remove the seeds.
  • Heat oil in a pan, roast the peanut powder, coconut and salt.
  • Stuff the chilli peppers with this mixture.
  • In another pan, heat oil. Then remove the pan from fire, place the stuffed chilli peppers, cover with a lid and let it stand.
  • Once it's heated through and soft, remove the stuffed peppers on to a plate. Pour curd over it, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
