Ingredients

  • 3 - medium chillies, minced
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp - garam-masala
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • few - Mint leaves, minced
  • 4 - medium Onions
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • few - plums, minced
  • salt to taste
  • 4 - mullets
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • How to Make Stuffed Mullets:

    1. To prepare stuffing:
    2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsps ghee.
    3. Saute the minced onions for a while and add the chopped green chillies, mint leaves, tomato, and plums.
    4. Now add pepper powder, garam masala powder and a little salt.
    5. To prepare chilli paste:
    6. Blend chilli powder and turmeric powder with a pinch of salt and a little water.
    7. To prepare the fish:
    8. Wash, clean and pat dry the fish. Apply chilli paste and marinate for an hour.
    9. Fill the belly portion with the filling and tie the fish with a thread, so that the filling does not come out.
    10. Put enough oil in a flat frying pan and shallow-fry the fish on both sides.
