  • How to Make Stuffed Paneer:

    1. Cut paneer into squares of about 1.5 inch wide.
    2. Marinate these paneer pieces in salt and lemon juice and keep aside while you prepare the stuffing.
    3. Mix besan, water, salt into the mixture and keep it aside. This mixture should not be thin but thick.
    4. In a wok, heat some oil and add cumin seed, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
    5. Next, add onion, garlic and ginger and fry till golden in colour.
    6. Now mix mashed potatoes and keep on stirring for 5 minutes. Also stir in the green chillies and red chillies. When this is done let it cool.
    7. Now, take out the paneer pieces from the marinade and put a thick coating of potato on each piece.
    8. Heat oil and dip this paneer piece in besan mixture. Deep-fry in oil till little red in colour.
    9. Enjoy this snack with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
