Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - cheese (20 gm)
  • 1 tbsp - Corn (15 gm)
  • 15 gm - boiled mixed veg, fine chopped
  • 2 tbsp - creamy spread tomato twist (1 tbsp is 20 gm)
  • 5-6 pieces - Tomato cherry

How to Make Stuffed Potato with cheese

  • Bake potatoes at 300 degree F for about 1 hour or boil until soft when pierced with fork.
  • Cut each lengthwise, scoop out centres. Fill centres of potatoes with mix of boiled veg, tomato twist, and sweet corn.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in an oven for 5-6 mins.
  • Use the cherry tomatoes for garnishing.
