Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - cheese (20 gm)
  • 1 tbsp - Corn (15 gm)
  • 15 gm - boiled mixed veg, fine chopped
  • 2 tbsp - creamy spread Tomato twist (1 tbsp is 20 gm)
  • 5-6 pieces - Tomato cherry
  • How to Make Stuffed Potato with cheese:

    1. Bake potatoes at 300 degree F for about 1 hour or boil until soft when pierced with fork.
    2. Cut each lengthwise, scoop out centres. Fill centres of potatoes with mix of boiled veg, tomato twist, and sweet corn.
    3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in an oven for 5-6 mins.
    4. Use the cherry tomatoes for garnishing.
