  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Oats flour
  • 1/2 cup - Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - all - purpose flour (for dusting)
  • Salt
  • For Rajma Masala:
  • 1 cup - Rajma, soaked and cooked
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Stuffed Rajma Paratha:

    1. Take the wheat flour, oats flour and salt in a large bowl, add gradually the yogurt and water and knead everything into a soft and smooth dough and keep aside.
    2. Meanwhile grind the cooked rajma to a coarse paste.
    3. Heat enough oil; splutter the cumin seeds, add the ground rajma paste, and give it a stir.
    4. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and simmer for few minutes.
    5. Turn of the heat and let cool.
    6. Make 10-12 balls from the dough.
    7. Dust the balls with all-purpose flour and flatten them with rolling pins.
    8. Place a small ball of rajma masala over the flattened dough, cover and roll them into a ball again.
    9. Flatten this into a parathas and cook in a hot pan drizzled with enough oil.
    10. Serve hot with any side dish or simply without any side dish.
