Ingredients

  • 8 - firm Tomatoes
  • 150 g - minced Meat
  • 1 - Onion
  • 4 - green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 6 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt

How to Make Stuffed Tomato

  • Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides carefully. Keep the pulp aside.
  • Rub the insides with salt and place tomatoes facing down.
  • Chop the onion and green chillies and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the minced meat and fry for few more minutes.
  • Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • llow to cook till meat is tender and dry.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Fill each scooped tomato with the mixture.
  • Cover the top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
  • Bake at 170 degree C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve with French fries.
