Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 2-3 small carrots
  • 5-6 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • A few onion rings

How to Make Stuffed tomato salad

  • Chop carrots and boil them.
  • Scoop the inside of tomatoes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, boiled peas, carrots, cottage cheese, salt and pepper together.
  • Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
  • Lay the salad neatly on a flat dish.
  • Garnish with the coriander leaves and onion rings.
