Ingredients

  • Bread/Foot long - any variety as per your choice
  • 1 cup - mixed coloured peppers (capsicum diced or sliced or chopped fine)
  • 1 - small Onion (sliced/chopped fine)
  • 1 - Tomato (sliced)
  • 10-15 pieces - jalapenos (chopped, bottled variety)
  • 2-3 - Gherkins (sliced or chopped into roundels)
  • 1 tbsp - mustard sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise

How to Make Subway-esque Sandwich
