Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - all - purpose flour
  • 1 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 1/2 cup - maple syrup
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1 cup - oil
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 2 - Bananas (over-ripe)
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar pearls (optional)

How to Make Sugarfree and Eggfree Banana Oats Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Blend the bananas into a puree along with yogurt, oil, honey and maple syrup.
  • Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Gradually add the puree and stir until it is well mixed.
  • Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the sugar pearls over it.
  • Bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
