Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - all - purpose flour
  • 1 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 1/2 cup - maple syrup
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1 cup - oil
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 2 - Bananas (over-ripe)
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar pearls (optional)
  • How to Make Sugarfree and Eggfree Banana Oats Bread:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    2. Blend the bananas into a puree along with yogurt, oil, honey and maple syrup.
    3. Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    4. Gradually add the puree and stir until it is well mixed.
    5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the sugar pearls over it.
    6. Bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
