Ingredients

  • 1 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - tiny bits of Cashew nuts
  • 8 cardamoms, powdered
  • 2 Egg whites
  • How to Make Sugary Cashew Nut Macaroons:

    1. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
    2. Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
    3. Using a tsp place blobs of the batter 2 inches apart on a greased tray and bake for 30 mins.
