Ingredients

  • 6 ripe plantains or Bananas
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2tbsp - flour
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 2 tbsp - powdered Sugar
  • How to Make Sugary Fried Plantains:

    1. Slice the plantains into 2 lengthwise.
    2. Brush them lightly with the beaten egg and then dredge them with flour.
    3. Heat the ghee in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
    4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
    5. Serve hot.
