Ingredients

  • Suji - 1 cup
  • Malai - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Bread slice - 8
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • How to Make Suji Bread in Malai:

    1. Take rawa, add finely chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, and salt to it. Mix it with malai.
    2. Put this malai mixture on both sides of the bread slices.
    3. Take a pan and warm it (don't put oil). After warming, put this bread slice on it.
    4. The malai on it will melt and turn to ghee.
    5. When it become brown. Reverse the slice.
    6. After browning on both sides, serve hot with ketchup.
