Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Suji
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Suji Cake

  • Sieve the suji, baking powder and baking soda into a mixing bowl.
  • Add curd, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Pre-heat a baking bowl for 2 minutes at 100 degrees and oil its sides well.
  • Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, slowly increasing the temperature from 150 degrees to 300 degrees.
